The specific programs from the key local energy providers vary.   All require that replacement windows meet the .30–.30 performance standard.  The following is provided as a brief introduction to these programs.  Please contact your energy provider to determine specific current incentives and requirements.

Pacific Power (866) 368-7878.  Go to www.energytrust.org to find their approved list of contractors.  Residential incentives are $2.25 per sq. ft. on existing window space.  The program does not cover enlarging existing windows or adding new openings.

Central Electric Co-Op  www.cec.coop  An application form is available on their website.  There is also a list of approved contractors.  You can deviate from the list if wanted.   Your home must be older than 1992 and have aluminum or wood windows.  The program pays $4.00 per sq. ft. for upgrading existing window space.

Midstate Electric Co-Op (541) 536-2126.  www.midstateelectric.coop. Call to request a no-fee energy audit.  There are no age restrictions on the windows for this program, but you have to have either metal or wood windows to qualify and you have to replace ALL of your windows.  There is no preferred installer list but they can recommend someone if need be.  They will pay $6.00 per sq. ft. for existing window space.  Midstate will also look at the entire home to help you save energy and pay out different amounts for various energy efficient insulating upgrades that they suggest.
